Ingredients 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup broccoli florets 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 inch ginger, grated 1/4 cup beef broth 1 tbsp sesame oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish 1. In a bowl, combine the flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside. 3. In the same wok, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 4. Add garlic and ginger to the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute. 5. Return the beef to the wok. Pour in beef broth and sesame oil. Stir well to combine all ingredients. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
